Totally awesome!

Are you refurbishing all the parts you don't buy new?
Will it be totally stock in the end?
How was the body, in and outside, prepped before paint?
How do you remember where and how everything is going back...?

I will try to clean all used parts before putting it back on the car.

It won't be stock in the end! I aiming for 400 whp, but have not decided which engine I will drop into it (SFR 3.0 turbo, LS3, Audi cepa, ...).

Don't know how it was prepped, the paint shop had the body for 8 months and did their magic to it.

The internet (and the Porsche PET software) is a huge help in putting the car back together. Here end there it's a little bit trial and error, but in the end it will fit perfectly. Figuring out the main wiring harness was easier than expected. Just put the harness on the floor and start laying out all branches.

Let's call it therapy! ;-)

My car did not come with central locking. I am trying to retrofit it. Can someone tell me where the screw goes connected to the wiring of the microswitch?

I have borrowed the following picture to illustrate:

He won't need to do that. I've done 194mph in my car and could drive with one hand at that speed. These cars are awesome just the way they are at high speed. All I have it an AIR front splitter.

Yes, I know, but thank you for pointing out. I also have a near new Turbo coolant tank, but with a capped of turbo cooling port.

My previous setup had a turbo without water cooling. A next setup will also have a non water cooled turbo (if a turbo is being used).
