GB installed one of his new dampers on my GTS this week.

Previously I had been experiencing a very slight vibration through the gas pedal, similar to worn motor mounts, but mine are new. After the damper installation all vibrations have been eliminated.

That's nice.

I can imagine the harmonic resonance of the crankshaft, without offset by the damper, is transferred throughout the entire drivetrain, and anything that comes in contact with it.
