The "SHOP" button doesn't appear to be working.

I'm contacting Mark.

Be patient little grasshopper. A phone call in the morning also works. Probably even better.

While reading this I was musing on my reluctance to have a website for my business back when the intranets were young....
Dragging my feet, hoping the whole thing would go away, lol.
I guess it's not.
What is nice is that I don't have to pay the blood money to yellow pages Mafia anymore. That was just "bull feces".

Sorry everyone but yes our site and email are down. I'm on hold with customer service now and much of yesterday was spent with them as well.
Frustrating
Some sort of "A" record is not pointing the right direction. Sounds like a problem with the flux capacitor to me.

An "A" record is what associates a domain name with an IP address. Email records are "MX" records. So in theory, you could browse the web site if you knew the IP address.

If customer service does not fulfill your requirements, there are probably 10 people here that are in IT that could help.

Mark,
A lot (if not most) web hosting companies will give you access through a web portal to change/review your "A" records and "MX" records. After you are past this current episode, request the web portal access and then copy your records in case this happens again. If this does happen again, you can get someone , if not yourself, to check the records to see if anything changed and make the necessary changes (24/7/365) to restore service without having to wait for the customer service drones. Hope this helps. -Alex
