Americas tire did the first install/balance. took it to another local shop (name escapes me , was just driving by). then it was a final different Americas tire that found the issue.
My car still vibrates above 75-80 MPH like I described above. Colin rode with me a couple of years ago and felt the rear end was "loose" on one side. Subsequently, I did find one of the rear upper control arm bushing had pushed out. I fixed that. No change. Still searching for a cause.
Bill Try this remove the torque converter bolts and turn the flex plate one bolt hole and road test.
if this doesnt work then move the flex plate one more time
FWIW when the drive line is installed the TC drain plug should be pointing down with the engine lined up with TDC.
