Default Blower Motor for 1989 928 S4

I am looking for a blower motor (parts # 928.574.033.05) for my 928 S4 from 1989. No new parts seem to be none available in the market. How about very good used part? I tried most of the sites such as 928Intl and 928srus as well as Porsche in Germany directly without much luck. Any member has one lying it around and wants to sell? Thank you.

Roger@928sRus sells a replacement motor that has a much greater capacity than the original. You would have to call him.

Will call Roger instead of just e-mailing him. Many thanks!

I replaced my noisy growling blower with one from Roger. It requires a heavier gauge harness (designed by Greg and built by him or one of his apprentices) to pull current from the jump post. The OEM wiring can't handle the additional current draw of the more powerful blower. It's been almost two years without problems. Blows like a leaf blower on high.

Does this mean that I need to get the harness from Greg as well? Does Roger sell the harness and the blower motor as a package? Given that it is a different motor, does this require an adapter between the blower motor and point where it needs to connect?
Thank you for the suggestion.

Thanks for the info, Bill.

You and Soontobered84 seem to have Grand Prix White colored 928. I have never seen one in real life or in picture but they do look very nice, I must say. They both seem to be in great shape.
