Don't need the spoiler, but I am specifically interested in the finish you used. Can you share some details?

There are 2 different textures of truck bed liner paint. Duplicolor make the rougher stuff and Rustoleum makes the smother texture. It is especially great for the chin spoiler that needs refurbishing. Seems to stick to everything.

Good to know, the wing is pretty flexible and most paints crack when they are applied. How did you prep it for this paint?

Prep is just a little light sanding with 320 grit. The Rustoleom is cheaper and not as thick as the Duplicolor

There are things you can do with a flip-up wing that you can't do with a regular wing. The best is to drive off without having it latched. At a certain speed, it will go Bang! when it latches. Be cool, tell your passenger not to worry, and continue talking about how you do your own work on the car.

I think I'll try the Rustoleum product on my crudely repaired chin spoiler. Thanks for the tip.

This looks interesting:

I wonder how a thick coat of this would work on the back wheel liners on later cars? Hum...

Rare item in good shape.

What was the reason for refinishing this? Do you have any before pics?

Is it still available- are you a dismantler or did you replace your original?

Is this still available? I may be interested, but would like to see it. I know its alot to ask, but any chance you can bring to SITM for inspection? Im concerned about the texture not looking/feeling right.

Pm'd you.
