Default '89 5 speed

https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...8433/overview/

$24,900, 59800 miles. Looks nice. I think it is not a GT, but . . . .

Seller will not reveal the VIN, doesn't want any "funny business" I wished him good luck with the sale and signed off. Maybe you will have better luck.

Nope. GT in ‘89-‘90 had same long shifter.

car’s been discussed before here 1-2 weeks ago. A Rennlist member has seen the car in person during c&c and it’s very nice on the outside. It’s an S4. I ran the vin before on 928oc.org and I think iirc it has lsd. He’s firm on price.

Looks like its worth what he is asking and then some if the interior and exterior is as nice as it looks in the pics.

There is the shifter ‘****’ and the shift lever length. The ‘****’ didn’t change until ‘91 and I am very skeptical of anyone begin able to tell the difference in the lever length from a picture. Add-in number of short shifters (and ‘91-‘95 shift boots i.e. the ‘****’ ) that have been installed on pre-‘91s over the years...

Not a fan of the vinyl seat covers, although the install looks ok. Money's not bad.. a big high, but that seems to be par for the course lately here in Oz, where price inflation is surprising.

again, one of the original “Wingho ” design 928 Spyder, built originally in Canada.

Why not just buy a Boxster?

This company should be the yardstick by which all other builders shoul be judged by...very well executed I say

How much for their space carrier using 928 tail lamps. LOL

The GT definitely had a shorter shifter than the shifter on the S4.

I was correct. I remember reading somewhere that the OEM short shifter was on all GT & GTS. I couldn't find where I found the information.
