InDaHills has over 300 comments since joining BaT last August so he averages more than one a day. But strangely, he has been silent on BaT this week. Many comments are on 928s and other Pcars. Says he owns a 1977 MB 450SL and a 1986 930 and has owned MB Gwagons and Land Rovers in the past. Fancies himself as a savvy follower of market values/prices and as Dmhager has noted above, he has bid on more than 40 different BaT mobiles.

Sounds like same guy who bid on mine then reneged, he had a 930 as well. Paid BT but not me.

Wow Alex, didn't know he's the same guy who screwed you with your dark grren S4. BaT should do something about it. Alex didn't get to relist for free though, as far as I know.

@VanD... if you got stiffed on your green S4 last summer, something seems a bit fishy. Your "winner" was JNasty who has said he had a 930 and commented on other Pcars and MB Gwagons, etc. His last posted BaT comment was last August. Nothing since. Coincidently (or not), same month InDaHills started up on BaT.

After reading a few BaT comments of JNasty, I'm inclined to believe he and InDaHills are the same person. Both California, both own/owned a P930 and a MBR107 and a Land Rover and a MB Gwagon and a Range Rover. Comments are on similar types of cars and phrasing in comments is similar. JNasty also won a 1986 951 on BaT a short time before he "won" VanD's S4.

I can't believe BaT is part of this. They have had a great reputation long before the auctions started and now have a business model that shows much upside. Why would they jeopardize their business by condoning/instigating funny stuff during auctions.


Much more likely that a few of the bidders are just idiots or dreamers (as also seen on EBay, Craigslist, etc.). Probably live in Mom's basement and drive a Pinto.

Wow - this is crazy. I have tried contacting BAT and they seem to think I need to wait. He paid them $750 and gave me a $500 deposit - so they say I need to be patient !!!!. For some reason they seem to be on his side here. Really bizarre. Not sure how long they think is acceptable for me to wait.

I checked an email from Jan 2016(when I got stuffed) and it's the same guy: name is Jonathan, claims to own a 1986 930. What a goof ball. BaT should suspend his access. He does nobody any good. I suspect they would if they heard from several of us. I will ask Ryan to pass along word to Howard and Zac. Suggest you all do the same.

Edit - just checked the BMW 635 csi listing, and he is not there. Hopefully BaT go wind of this and banned the guy.

Car is being relisted shortly - the did relist at no charge. Hopefully this guy won't be in the mix.
