I had not heard a number sold in Canada before ... if 6 manual + 23 Rogerbox is correct, that would make production for North America = 29 Canada + 377 US = 406 total.

Speaking of which - Malcolm you are referring to the early '93's as 92's?

PS: I thought there were actually some 92's in Europe. I even know a guy who drove a black 928GTS prototype owned by HM Piech.

A friend of mine has an 88 5spd. 300,000 km and needs lots of work if anyone is interested. I think he wants around $5000 CAD

Ya I would have got it expect I had just driven 23 hours and had no sleep the night before so decided to not go to see Johnny that night. It sold a couple hours later that night. Almost got it for 10k the previous year.

No worries in the competition.

There was a Black GTS 5-Speed for sale in West Van some years ago that had the rear bumper replaced.
Original owner, can't remember the year......
Should have bought it!!!

#815104 currently waiting out the winter near London, ON. Originally purchased in TO. I've had it for the past 2 years from original owner. There was another nice one in Port Rowan at the time (salvage title, flooded in Texas - hadn't been on road for 10 years). Don't know if it sold at the time. Bilal was looking into it as well. I've still got the Carfax.

All great info on the GTS. I've only seen 2 of them running around locally (Vancouver area) over the years. Joe's red car is the one I'm most familiar with. Bob had a '93 GTS (White ) which I he sold a few years ago. I would suspect most have been sold into the States?

Here's the 93 5spd "Rocky" from the Bronx b2b wtih my GTS back in the day. I drove it around, short shift lever/throws. Quite nice. Rocky was cracked up twice. Now the first repair you can see the fender gap was a little off. The second fix, after Bob popped it off the wall ala wannabe racer , I think was actually a cleaner& better repair.

I crossed the border into Alberta in about 2003 and saw a purple GTS that had Alberta plates on it right in front of me. I was driving my 944 at the time.
