My car originally came with Euro lights (Orig owner bought car in Germany, used it and then shipped it to Canada).
Question: Knowing that the Fog and Driving light positions are reversed between ROW and US/Canada what would result if I swapped in these replacements from Roger.
Light scatter? How bad?

Thanks

Default Fog lens

Hey Rog
Great idea! We have the same problem with fogs on the late 944 Turbo/S2 model. Are these the same? If not there's another market to tap into!
Thanks

New to our product offerings are these lens - left & right - molded to the original new glass lens.
Made using the very latest automotive materials these lens allow you to replace the lens portion while reusing the existing grey plastic frame. More for those who have broken lens which can be more easily extracted from the grey frame.
Material is Urethane - UV resistant and the Shore hardness is very close to that of glass.
I have 10 sets available and will also sell individual lens - either left or right.
At last a viable alternative at less than 50% of the Stuttgart price dream.

We will also be selling an alternative to the original "stoneguard" clear protective covers - made from the 3M extra thick material - further protect your investment - more later on this product offering.

$200 each plus shipping.

You would have to reverse your bulb wiring, or your fog lights would be blinding driving lights.

One wire would have to be extended 6" or so, but no big deal.

You would also need to move the foglight bulb shield, and assume that the reflectors are the same shape. The aux main beam reflectors have both left/right and up/down adjustment available, while the fog lights have only up/down. There's more than meets the eye.

Thanks guys.
Will be much simpler and more compliant to purchase a used US/Canada set and then update the lens.

Post 39 is Roger.

PM him, or look at the 'card' at the bottom of his post (sigline).

Website, e-mail or phone all work.

as someone else mentioned these look remarkably similar to the 944 turbo fog lights that are quite pricey new or even used.
any idea if these might fit those? i could send you a 944t GREY PLASTIC HOUSING TO TEST FIT.
