Oh my !! from add.."If You will bid on this auction, you will purchase the whole car minus parts that were sold ( if any ), What you see in pictures is what you get.

This car has no Paint work and no rust, It was drivable when we go it from the auction. My mechanics took it apart and few of the modules are missing, nothing expensive and nothing unobtainable...... "
And when you see the paint the clear coat is nearly gone ! What you see is what you get I could not have expressed it better

It says it has no paint work not that it requires no paint work haha. The front bumper looks a lot nicer than the rest of the paint though... minus the chips in it on the drivers side. Respray at some point?

May have potential. From Autocheck it's a 2 owner, California car with no recorded accidents. Lasted registered 09/09/2011 in SAN FERNANDO, CA. It is rated a 74 out of a possible 24-50 range. What happened to this car to end up like this? Certainly not a tragedy like the Red S4 in Chicago but still it is a 86.5 32v. They say it ran but could it have TBF- the bearing kind? Be nice if someone could check it out.

He should shoot his "mechanics" .....killed a running car ! sold a few dollars worth of parts that might cost hundreds to replace.

86.5 Except for the fact that it does not run, could just need computers, what makes it "not street legal", must be the "cover your rear statement." Could be a "deal."

My mechanics took it apart and few of the modules are missing, nothing expensive and nothing unobtainable.
As if the seller has a clue about price or availability. I think the instant you hear "needs a few cheap parts" you turn around and walk away. Still, if She Who Must Be Obeyed had a bigger pickup truck and the price was cut significantly, I could see it as a parts car. Of course, sleeping in the garage in February would be uncomfortable...

Or someone looking for a parts car, or a titled chassis to use with "other" driveline and interior pieces perhaps from your wrecked car. The "what you see" picture shows that the front seats are out. I didn't scroll through any other pix to see if there's engine, gearbox, etc still in the car. So it's a crapshoot as any non-running car is, plus the fact that a few module$ are missing.

Gotta wonder why it was originally parked.

dr Bob, it looks to me that the front seats are still there. I sent the seller some questions about the car but doubt I'll hear anything back from them. If I do, I'll keep everyone posted.

Frankly even referring to it as a "CAR"....is probably a gross overstatement. It is a pile of parts with some missing , unknown mechanical issues , bad paint , drivers window open for who knows how long , and those are things we know !!
A running driving car in that basic condition is worth maybe $3,000 to $4,000 If they GAVE you the car on the condition that you fix it make it a decent looking car you would be so upside down so quickly it would make your head spin...parts it is.

The seller got back to me about what's missing:

"Hi
MAF, and computer are two that pop in my mind.
It drove from the truck into the spot where it sits for a year or so, it drove and run good. I got it at the auction and Auction did provide me a with a title"
