Wish I knew what code PX refers to with regard to the dash/console/door/headliner/quarter panels, but I'm afraid I don't. Would be interested to see, if you have pics of the car. Silver/Cedar green must be quite a combo!

It's a short story- only two options (there may be more in the warranty book sticker ?) but two interesting ones.

There are only 4 US market cars that were optioned with the factory trailer hitch, 1 in '84 and three in '86, all extremely early in the MY.

There's a special Z-option code that was used for early model year production- 00641, which this car has. I think it denotes an informal sort of pre-production for a given model year, perhaps during the last few months of the previous year's production. This car also has option 07801, denoting a Blaupunkt Koln G3 as the radio. (I don't know why a Euro-spec radio would have been installed in a US market car, but there you go.)

WP0JB0921GS860071

1986.0 Automatic
C02 - 49 state US market
M28.44 - engine serial # range 81 G 05001 > 10000
A28.07 - transmission serial # range 16 G 00001>05000
Prussian Blue metallic
Porsche cloth script seats
Carpet code 5FV - Black (?)

M208 - Trailer coupling
M220 - Limited Slip Differential, 40%
