Default 86.5 Cruise Control Issue

I need a hand figuring out whats up with my cruise control.

I took the 928 to a speedo shop last week to get my cruise control working. It was not working at all.

They have it working now, but it will not hold a steady speed.
It is always increasing or decreasing speed, within a range of 6 mph, but never steady.

I called the guy that did the work, and he suggested that the cruise control servo might be the issue.

Does this sound like the servo, or a vacuum leak issue? Could the vacuum reservoir be leaking?

Any help with this is appreciated.

Same problem here. Before I dive into mass resoldering most/all the joints, does someone have a picture of where specific components are located from the perspective of the backside of the PC board? Even better yet, is there such a illustration that might include the function of component groups in the same picture? I like the idea of maybe focusing on a possible comparator circuit.
