No Washer Fluid...Wheres the motor.
So my brothers engine crapped out on his car so hes using my family car which means me and the shark will be seeing some winter action. So the washer fluid isnt exiting fom the nozzles it did work several months back. Wheres the motor. What are common causes. Thanks in advance.

Pump is in the tank.
Can you hear it run?
Does the voltage drop when you hit the switch?
If yes, pull a hose off the nozzle and see if fluid is coming out (clogged nozzle).

The pump is located just under the washer reservoir in the engine compartment.
All the best,

#1 would be plugged nozzles, roto-root them with a straight pin.

I don't know. I see fuses and relays for the intensive washer, and the headlight washer, but not the regular windshield washer.
It might be in combination with one of the others.

It probably won't have it's own dedicated fuse. Probably runs off something else. You might as well just take the fender liner out and take a look at the tank and EVAP lines. The plastic "Y" for the EVAP lines commonly breaks. Back probe the pump for voltage while someone operates the washer stalk. Check the nozzles themselves for wax deposits and other crap that can get in there.

Yeah I guess. There is diagrams in the PET so you can follow the circuit and see whats bad. Make sure you have flow first obviously, but then check the circuit. It could be that the check valves in the hood are clogged or broken, or a hose inside the hood fell off. Here is the PET (parts catalogue)
