This TB/WP job has been ongoing for over a month now!
I have broken 4 wp bolts (all fixed with time serts now), and everything else has been a huge pain in the ***....
Now I have one frickin bolt left to take off before I can begin re-assembly....it is the 6mm hex at the driver's side rear of the waterbridge....the one that is barely accessible with an allen key. It is starting to strip due to all my efforts, and won't budge. I have soaked it with PB for two days now. I can't heat it due to fuel lines. I am NOT taking off the intake.
Any ideas? I am ready to give up!!!

Have you given it an attempt with a manual impact hammer? These can save many a stuck bolt. There is also an electric bolt heater that will only heat what it is applied to. Perhaps you can borrow one from someone?

I feel your pain man, i broke or stripped a couple of those water bridge bolts. If you strip it right out see if you can weld a nut to the head. Also i actually find Torx bits grip hex heads pretty well... not the right way, but they do work, just need to find one that's slightly larger than the hex, and hammer the damn thing right in there till you feel it bottom out. Might work... then again might the torx bit might snap off in the head (done it before, and it double f%$#'s you over). You also might want to consider breaking off the head of the bolt, as there are no threads in the water bridge itself, the bridge will come off, and the remaining part of the bolt you can weld a nut onto to take out or use vicegrips and some major strength to thread it out.

Just drill the head off. Once the head is off the whole bolt will be loose and will turn out easily enough with just pliers. Done it a few times.

The bolt is very inaccessible so some of the suggestions wouldn't work. I'm thinking drilling the head of the bolt off would be good since there are no threads on the waterbridge itself
thanks all

If you drill the head off the bolt you will be pulling the intake to lift the water bridge off.
If you do strip it, get a torx bit and hammer it into the bolt, then undo it.

You can also cut the short length of the allen key off and using a hammer to tap it into the fastener, then use a socket or wrench on the straight section of your allen key to get more torque to the bolt.

If it's already even a little stripped, using a hex will just make it worse, hammer a Torx bit into it, Torx grab pretty good, i use them as an extractor for stripped hex bolts almost as much as i use them for actual torx heads!
