I sold my '90 GT 10 months ago and have regretted it. This '93 Michael has looks very nice and I love the low miles.
And for Michael, it is a real value at the price he is asking, and getting from what I read here, for his GTS's.

If you have money to throw away, go for it. If you want that 928 feeling again, buy a good used GT and have it gone through. You could get a VERY nice GT for under 25k plus add twin turbo and engine rebuild for 20k. You then have a superb driving machine for HALF that money.

Maybe there are 1000 1993 model year cars out there with under 10K right now and few have been gone through like Wilhoit's.

I'd get the older one and tt engine first. Then you aren't getting whacked on depreciation for miles.

If a Wilhoit is as good mechanically/electrically as it is esthetically, then bravo. It is not for us who already have our 928 and know. It acts as a statement to others to 'afford' further prestige to the model.

Scandalous!
It's missing the blue plastic screw cover on the jump-post, and the hose clip on the bottom radiator hose at the t-stat looks too thin.
Apart from that I suppose it looks OK...
Seriously she's beautiful. But what is that grey paint on the rotors?

Why would that be a throw away? If he wants it, it's worth whatever he's willing to pay to buy and maintain. A 7,000 mile GTS will be as close to driving off the lot as anything out there. The cosmoline and self-destroying rear wheel well covers are still there!

Ya, a little amatureish no doubt. For 80 some odd k, you think they could have gotten the rotor coated....
