Anyone in the Buffalo area know this car?

Shawn,
Here are two near you.
Needs saving and a stick, could be had for a song, color is a bit boring but wheel and some waxing could do the trick

This one is pretty nice for the asking price imo.

Of course, she also just mentioned liking the 'mocha brown' colored cars that I've been ignoring for weeks. I'm not a huge fan of the color, but I could live with it; especially if she likes it.

Shawn, how about this clean original Porsche, wrong model but in the price range.

931's are lots of fun. I think of them as the 916 of the water cooled set. If this car were closer to me I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
But to stay on topic, I think $4000 for the 928 is also a good price. I paid $2000 for my parts car and it had no interior to speak of. The wheels were worth $1000 and the block is worth another $2000. After I'm finished salvaging it I'm putting it on the track.

Just my humble opinion, but this car looks like a GREAT deal. The 931 is a very limited production car, I bought one from a guy that didn't know the difference between a 931 and a 924 back in 1991 for $4000 and it had higher mileage than this car. It was also a brown metallic, which I hated, but for the price was willing to live with.

The S4 looks like great car to me also. I do prefer the OB looks, but don't have any problem with the S4s.
Shawn take off the spoiler and have the hatch painted. Black always matches.
What if the seller is motivated? Could be missing out.

Shawn, have you seen this site? http://www.landsharkoz.com/colourstart.htm Not easy to identify colors online given monitor differences, but this might give you a few possibilities. Personally, I like the off-whites Porsche did. The creamy vanilla one (whatever it was) at Frenzy was pretty tasty!

Saw that one. The motor looks great, but the paint looks like a bad respray. No idea on the interior (although the girlfriend looks happy enough to be in it, so it can't be too bad!). Worth a call...

I'm going to ping him. How close is this car to you?
Cool color. I assume it's pretty unusual, since I don't remember seeing it before.
