Is that the one advertised recently with the exploded paint can inside?

Yep. Not as bad as first thought. I have ordered new carpets and have already secured some interior trim in the same colour. It's actually a really nice car. Everything works and it drives extremely well. Getting the belt and pump done next week. I have another 86 that is under a 'semi-resto' at the moment as well but that one won't be for sale. I've had a few 928's, six in all, so I know a good one when it see it now.

How much will you want for it when done?

Not sure. But I will putting a rebuilt maf (Injection Labs) in it and servicing trans etc. Has a weepy power steer hose which I'll get Enzed to make another. It will be a well sorted, nice clean everyday car when it's done. I can keep you updated if you like.

What changed your mind on fixing it up, from your original ad you were not going to fix? No doubt a bit more than your original asking price
Keep and eye on here, if I do buy will post up here.

Thanks

Ah I see, I thought you were the one who was selling it. Good luck with fixing it up.

My search has come to an end!
1982 Porsche 928 S! Very good condition all round, new paint a few years ago along with new interior. Good recent maintenance/ mechanical works (incl timing belt). Love the colour outside and inside!! 145000+/- km, so pretty good there too! Couple of very minor things to fix but overall a great car

Thanks to all who have helped along the way!
Cheers
