Well played..tire looks a little wide for the rear wheel, that'll be quirky.

If qurkey means "perfect", then yes, quirkey.

welcome to the 21st century most all cars get better with fat meat in the rear.
and bigger tires up front. with his 265s up front and 305s in the rear, it handles like a stock 928 should!

those rims are really nice. the fronts are a little wide, but the 265s make it fit . rears with the bat-roll, fit perfect! (and a 1/4 " spacer)

You never want your section width to overhang your wheel width too much.

When its too wide, and you PUSH the tire, you lose surface contact in turning...the outside rolls down to meet the road, the inside rolls up away from it.

in theory, but with the stiff sidewalls of the race tire, its not as much of a factor wider , even with these compromises are worth the trade off.

i did the 315s on the 10s upfront and it was a huge gain of control and grip, vs the 275s . (like night and day)

Am I the only one that's thinking it isn't a good idea to give a young inexperienced driver those levels of grip?
R888 are not a tire I would give to a novice, especially on a colder day!
