Years ago, I bought an Autorotor 2.3L twin screw SC kit from Andy Keel. It's been sitting on a shelf since then. I finally took the box down to assess what parts I had, and what I parts I still needed, for installation or sale. I was reading through the installation instructions and realized that I was never sent the eight seals for the FI ports in the manifold. Does anyone know of a source for these seals now? I should have some of those here, shoot me or Jeannie and e-mail or call 828 290-9280 and will send you some. BUT, one of the guys made some very nice aluminum inserts to replace those, much, much better setup. Search the Twin Screw thread for the details.

McMaster- Carr is the source of the original grommets. Let me see if I can find them at their website. Some people complained that the original ones got brittle over time and leaked. Mine never did and remained in good condition until I replaced them with Charles design after several years. So, if Charles' units are NLA, the McMaster-Carr ones will work.
Often the direct links for McMaster-Carr do not work.
So, go to http://www.mcmaster.com and search "Sealing Grommets for Pipe and Tube", then click on "Press Fit". I'm not sure which size it is. The inside diameter is snug against the injector body. I think it may be the 3/4" opening size. Measure the manifold hole. It should be 1.31" or slightly less for that one to work.
I found the seals on McMaster-Carr (Thanks Bill), now I just have to measure the manifold holes. Still waiting to hear from Charles, but good to have a backup or two if need be.
If you are going to use what Andy supplied they are called gladhand seals available at any truck stop or truck parts supplier . They are the seals used on air line connections between tractors and trailers .
Another lister in the past bought the seals from McMaster and they did not fit. Your best bet is to get the gladhands. Andy also used them to seal the intercooler outputs to the lower manifold, and I used the gladhands I bought at a local truck stop which fit perfectly.
Thanks for that clarification, Dan. I used whatever Andy sent, probably "gladhands", like you said. I thought these McMaster-Carr parts were the same thing, but I guess not, based on your note.
