This being an election year the media is filled with discussions about who will be the next OC president, with all the write ups. It’s almost enough to make your head swim. But one thing that I think we can all agree upon, whether right-winger or leftist tree-hugger, is what touches our butts should be a well vetted choice.

As fabulous as the workmanship may be, that interior is FUGLY!

I think it's a Maverick creation.

I think 'featured' is the wrong word. More like 'appropriated for the article'.

Rob, definitely not Maverick, it's Paul's work from a while back:

Paul's personal car, and the whole reason he got started doing what he is doing. I think he's the first to admit that it might not be to everybody's taste.

yeah you may or may not care for Ostrich on an interior, but if you see Paul's car in person, there is no question of the incredible workmanship he does. Saw a car this March at the Amelia Island Concours which had an Ostrich interior, even on the dash!

Agreed, I wasn't a fan of the ostrich, but I'd love to have that set up in my car.

It is not quite to my taste either but I would sure classify it in the Very Cool catagory before I would call it Fugly. Just my opinion.

Ok, maybe fugly was a little harsh.

As I pointed out, the workmanship is outstanding but the overall appearance is not to my liking. It’s a bit too busy and gaudy for my taste.

I'm a vet and I resent the implication that I touch men's butts. Just girls for me - and I've been told I do it well.

(Not that there's anything wrong ... yada yada.)

P.S. What is that amazing custom?
