Just booked the Days Inn in Waynesboro. $64/nt ($71 with taxes), through hotels.com. Nonrefundable, but that doesn't matter. I will be there!

Just checked the old thread... the previously-mentioned hotel is the Hampton Inn. I think it's further away from the BRP than I am, and twice as expensive. But probably a smidge nicer.

There is a group that gets together Thursday night in Waynesboro, usually in time for dinner, just a couple of miles from MM1. Watch for info here. I'll be there, I now others will!

I booked the Hampton Inn as it was only $109 + tax and just a little further down the road. Plus, depending on traffic I'll probably be getter there late anyway. Hopefully we can all meet up at MM1 and introduce ourselves before the trek down. If we don't meet up I'll be in the Guards Red one so beep and wave as you pass me on the highway On another note, I know one of the advertiser are posting deals on the Beltronics 995 detector but if you check your local Radio Shack they have a close out for about 1/3 the $. Not sure if it's any good but thought it might be worth mentioning.

I have to cancel mine as well now, the wife wants to go to Bogota for our Nieces graduation on the Saturday. So I'm going to be Mr. Mom for a week.

I went solo to Whistler last year and Tremblant this year, so I could not swing another trip especially since she has been wanting to go the graduation for months.

So I will wait a couple of days before I cancel, if anyone wants to do a transfer send me a pm.

But I may try to sneak down to NC this week. That's if I get my new rack and brakes done on Monday.

Jeannie and I are happy to hear you and your daughter are coming!! With the new location there will be even more than before for the family members(that aren't also 928 Nuts) to enjoy!!

BTW, following Greg and those other crazy KYers....SCARY!!! Ha, Ha, I kid , I kid!

To this day there are very few people that I would ever trust to have right on my tail, or leading, while driving "spiritedly"...and Greg is one of them. OTOH hand that John guy....hmmm, not so sure.. ha, ha, just kidding John!

You guys please drive careful on the way down!!

Poor Jeannie is already in total 100% panic mode...but as always, when that Friday comes, it will be what it will be...and we hope everyone has a great time this year at SITM!

I only ask because I heard a rumor about you having a "slumber party" on another night with some other people and possibly a Dog too?? Sounds like a lot of FUN!!
