A couple of more pics...
Here's another pics taken at MM1 on the BRP except this one includes Martin, who was full of great information, and wise enough not to tag along.
This is what the BRP looked like until the fog lifted... and then it poured.
Thank God the young guys with the still fast reflexes were up in the front, I'm not sure I would have been able to stop in time! For anyone planning on taking the BRP in the future I suggest you pack a chain saw like these locals did.
That's Glen way, way, way up there on the hill; making sure the rest of us (and his car) don't become statistics.
That's CourtShark up front on the way home, I like to call this one "Not Blur"

Hi all,
I just finished phone conversation with Alex(GANDI) he enlightened me with gas tank leak.
He's not a member(actualy not good with computers) and wanted to Thank everyone who helped with his gas tank leak repair!! He made it home safely and gas tank still not leaking. Asked me what he should do?
Oh and he also promises not to wake up Jeannie again with his loud exhaust until next year!
Good time had by all , see you next year hopefully.

Whew.....!
Thanks for checking in with Alex....
I really hoped it would be a safe and uneventful return trip
I guess the JB Weld held up.....
That's my arm you can see under the car....and my Fire Extinguisher
I think he should just let it be for now and then look for a bonafide tank and strainer to one day replace for the patched tank......
OK for now though.........
What a beautiful 78 that car is.....Alex is a real meticulous guy......
Keep me informed what he does in the future please, Mike
Hoping to see Alex again next year at SITM 2013
Cheers, Kevin in VA

It was really quite amazing to watch. Just before dinner someone noticed the gas leak under Alex's car. There were people crawling under it looking for how to fix it even before anyone had a chance to find Alex. It really is a great community of people.
I also heardfrom Alex tonight and was very glad that he made it home safely.
Hey Mike. Hope all is well with you. Do you think you will be at Sharks in Hell this year?
