Looks like they used an earlier model.

Tamiya also made a 928 OB with the pasha interior. That car only has the driver's side mirror.

Tamiya did a lot of great things in terms of bringing the model and RC car hobby in to the mainstream (particularly in the late 70's and well into the 80's), but I don't think they have ever been accused of being particularly accurate.

I have never seen that one, but I have a "Rally Porsche" kit that I found at a Autojumble. 80's Extravaganza! I wonder how long that front spoiler would last on a rally course
