Well, somewhat stealth. Good catch on the doors. They did come off the 79 and chose them because there were no rub strips, therefore no holes to fill before paint. Rear bumper cover also came off the 79 along with the interior, wiring harness, etc. Leaving the original radio in place for aesthietics. Dins mounted a JVC KD AVX77 single din/ipod/ onto the pass side shelf that tucks up in there pretty good and will be conrolled by remote. 2 way 6.5's mounted down low in the kick panels. Self amplified bazooka tube in the hatch. Trying to keep most of the interior as it left the factory with the exception of the Momo wheel. Was acutally thinking about having Rob Budd fatten up the rim on the stock wheel and putting that back into play. T
All reads very thoughtful, even the Momo (vintage is ideal). I have a fattened-up 3-spoke... it's really nice!
Tony, I am hoping I can make it... Hope all goes well and start my new job end of this week and get really rolling in it next week. Will know more about how that is going to go soon. I'll keep you posted.
BTW, I have submitted the sponsorship request to the 928 Owners Club board!!! For those of you who are not members of the 928 Owners Club it is events like this that we sponsor and we can't do that without you all as members. Please check out the 928OC at www.928oc.org We are also hard at work to bring the 928 Registry back online in a new format (though you will still be able to use the old site if you prefer) soon along with a WHOLE BUNCH of new info and new cars. You will also be able to "join" and upload info on your car and edit that info later as well!!! YEE HA!
Tony,
When you have a chance, please post some acceleration run videos. I am sure many folks would love to hear and see it launches hard.
Thanks,
Steve

Almost there Steve and will glady put some video up a little down the road. Don Carter rolled this 1st video of JP (1:20)at 3rd Coast in Nov, link below. Nothing to crazy as it was not broken in yet. Coming out to the fling ? T
Picked up an inner euro front bumper with driving & fog lights a few months back. Lenses were a bit beat up and inner driving light lenses were yellowing. Ordered some new pieces from Roger and Dins replaced all the lenses today. These along with the 8" H4's with 80/100 halogens should do the trick up front. T
Tony, how does the Euro inner front bumper differ from the US inner piece
I'm guessing less robust and lighter? I know the bumper shocks/tubes are different.
J.P's front end lighting looks great, and not hating Super Blu GTS.

Matt, The euro bumper brackets and lamp frames are configured slightly different for the larger euro driving lights. Weight seemed to be approximately the same for both euro & US bumpers. T
