Man I hate the CV boot job but Wichita is a long way away so it needed to get done. I guess 4 hours isn't bad and learned a few new tricks. Impact for removing the hex bolts (works in with the car in neutral) and half a bucket of diesel for cleaning the joints. Also got lucky that the joints came off the shafts easy.
What's a door scraper seal? Do we mean window scraper? I think the red car needs them... I'll send a pick if so.
Anyone leaving from DFW Friday early afternoon? I think I'm the only Houstonian making the drive.

Don, John Andy and I are leaving early Friday morning and may try and hook up with Allkada (Alex) on the way up. Finally (Kenny) posted he was leaving later Friday .

I'll post it here too--Malcolm and I are still wondering about the BIG 928 Caravan from Denver to The Convention. Can we join it or is it exclusive to the Denver guys.
Also Malcolm and I are planning on starting our travel on Wednesday and to be ON in Denver. We are fishing for a Pre-party Party there if anyone else in the area is interested in getting together. Maybe we could at least all gather at Stan's place and help him pack, or something.

Great news guys... Looks like I will have 4-6 models at the event. You can hire then for $20 a short (say not more than 20 min) photo shoot with you car if you like! They will be working the 928 Owners Club table and shooting for the calendar with me. SO, come to the 928 Owners Club table on Saturday and pick out a hottie to dress up your car!

Hold On, and me are gonna hook up with the Denver group, and run to Kansas with them on Thursday.
I'll be heading north to Utah on Tuesday, and meet with Hold On, and we'll leave for Denver, on Wed, morning. At least that's the plan.

Finally, I should be passing through DFW about that time. Will PM you when it gets closer. Always good to caravan when driving 20+ year old cars.
