Elliott Nowacky located another Raspberry Red GTS for sale in Germany ... so there are at least two now ... seems to have those fender extensions like the cars made for Japan, and it has the "Unleaded Fuel Only" sticker on the gauge cluster like USA cars. Unfortunately, didn't see a VIN anywhere on the site to look up the build details ...

Nice to see this color combined with a Classic Gray interior .. looks like a great combination!

What's with the lack of hood insulation, and the painted hot post cover, air cleaner housing, etc, in the engine bay? Did they do that when they did the extensions?

I think I prefer the original look of yours Tom.

Hadn't looked that closely at the engine bay shot. There's a sticker on the hood where the insulation would go, did Porsche use hood insulation in all markets? Can't think of why anyone would remove it ...

That's no sticker... it is just a reflection of the sticker on the wiper cowling cover (that is missing the front seal and side rubber fender seals, usually meaning repaint) . Either it was ordered or came with out hood foam for some reason, or the PO removed it and then painted the underside....which is why is is so reflective to pick up the sticker on the cowl panel.

As for the rest of the painted stuff under the hood, injector rail covers, igition model cover, air pump filter lid, remote start cover, and the airbox, etc... I will refrain from comment...LOL!!

Leftt over paint from a respray would be my first conclusion. I dont think one would go out and just color match this only to paint those items.

Beautiful car and colro combo , always liked the grey interiors. Dont care for the Japeneese front fenders though.

No rear A/C, and check out those rear seats. Is that supple leather in the back? Never seen that before.

That looks WAY TO LIGHT in color to be classic gray on the interior...maybe dove or marble gray (wasn't that an interior color once?)... I like the interior, but look at my '94 some time and you will see how much lighter that is...

Well...here it is...or maybe it is not any lighter...hmmmm

Classic gray changes a lot with the lighting. Those pics from Germany lost something in translation ;-)

All looks nice, until the engine bay shot. Hey, this is 30 minutes away from me, anybody wants me to take a look?

Really? Every car with supple leather from the factory has them front AND back.

Well Nicole, I guess the only comment I can make to your retort is that this isn't the only situation where I've been so enthralled in seeing the front of something that I then neglected to check out the backside. Next time, I'll be sure to take in the full view.
