Although I was coming rain or shine, Sat. couldn't have been a nicer day. The scenic drive that I took justified the trip.
It was good to see all of the local 928 guys and to meet a few for the first time.
Chris, I appreciate the time & work that the two of you took on to prepare for us; and to host this event. Your setup is awesome.

Thank you Chris and your lovely wife for being such kind hosts.
Also appreciate your knowledge imparted at lunchtime. Enjoyed the conversation.

You missed a great GTG, Chris and his wife were great hosts and the place is sweet!

Figured out I left the wrench on the tensioner bolt! Thanks JP for stopping and picking it up!

Now I need to replace that PS line!

Thanks for going back for it!

Looked pretty good for the little ride it took down the bellypans and skidding down the street.

The tensioner lock nut was a killer to get loose, didn't think we were going to get it!

Got the belt adjusted at the edge of the window and must have forgot it after I got the nut tightened down.

And thanks once again to Glenn and Cpayne for the tensioner help. I can tell you that that light has not come on once since and I can finally drive the car again like it is supposed to be driven. Glenn, I am taking your advice and giving it the italian tune up!
awesome.

No problems your welcome. You have an awesome looking ride. Glenn deserves most of the credit. I will however take credit for the weeks worth of evaporating Antifreeze you are probably smelling. Also remember the missing clip and washer for the headlight.

Put me on that list too! I have to decide on replacement fronts then order them. Hopefully I'll be doing that Thursday, If I can join in, lets do another Saturday. :-)

Not this Saturday tho, phew, I'll be in the air conditioning or out on the boat!! ;-)

Chris, thanks for the great time and for opening up your space, providing planning and guidance, etc.
Very well done and much appreciated.

Maybe I should bring the gold car down after all...

Thanks to all for snapping & sharing pics, too!
