That's not good - any idea of the manufacturer? The 3M product has a pressure sensitive adhesive that allows you to position the film and will not set until pressure is applied. Were you able to reposition your film easily? I want to get some of the transluscent red film for the tail lights as opposed to the testors lacquer paint that other members have used - hopefully it will be a smooth process.

I have already apologized - guess you missed that? I think it is pretty self explanatory. I have no intention of restating my objections and letting this thread drift away again from the OP. You can PM me if you want to continue that discussion.

Apparently ebay is cheaper to get the Di-Noc from. $27.99 shipped for a 1'x4'. That is more than enough for what I have planned!
Does anyone know how to remove the door vent trims though???

How much are you gonna save? The 3M stuff has a shelf life and storage requirements. I would be a bit concerned if the seller is an individual - if they are a supplier you are probably good to go.

Sorry, but phoney carbon fiber trim on a Porsche is about as convincing (and functional) as vinyl wood siding on a Chrysler K-car.
Tacky, tacky, tacky. Just my opinion, of course - YMMV.

I had a 2006 BMW Z4M with that interior. It looks hokey. I loved the car so much I put up with it since I
got a KILLER deal on it. But it doesnt look good with out the clear coat on it. I would not go to the trouble to recreate a look I didnt like in the first place.

On a sedan.
I remember when that came out.
