Okay guys here is the final product...got both pumps out the one from the front of the car and one from inside the engine bay. After cleaning... both pumps work flawlessly. Now to put it all back together...

I used some WD40 to loosen things up but need some ideas on how get that bottom gear to loosen up a bit more.

I had the same issue, and fixed it with a very small dia drill bit - hand turn thru the hole that the gear sits in. The drill bit should not be much larger than the hole your are clearing out. Mine has worked fine since, no issues.

Okay gave its first test...FAILAURE....pumps are turning but no H2O....no fluid coming out from the headlight jets ...hummm....

I got some fluid pumping to the nozzle jets on the windshield but the PO had someone mess with the hoses and did not put it back together correctly...check out the video...

OK first the intensive washer on the front pan will take a bit of priming to send fluid it isnt a gusher like the WW or the headlamps are.

The headlamp washer may need more priming to get squirting , remember it has to overcome the pressure valve before it will squirt and you may have damaged the pump running it dry.

Since yo do have fluid from the WW pump now you need a copy of the PET look for the hose layout and related parts once you see it then the rest of the lines will become easier to understand how they work

I haven't read the whole thread above, but when I repaired my pumps, I thought I was good to go too, but just like you - failure. It was the check valves in the plumbing in the hood - they get stuck/gunked up over the years and become useless. Roger sells replacements. Get them and redo the plumbing to the truncated system and you'll be good to go.

Okay guys...thank you for your input...gonna call it a night...got class tomorrow so no work to be done on the Porsche...

All the plumbing appears to be in order....pumps are pumping...just no fluid.

I am gonna start with the windshield first...if anyone can be to kind to post some pic's of their plumbing from underneath the hood it would be most appreciated.

Also the pump that resides in the engine bay, there are two tubes...connected to the pump. One tube is clamped down and the other is just plugged in without the use of a clamp.

Can someone tell me where the one with the clamp runs to...and the one without the clamp where does that one run to.

i would verify that the pumps are capable of drawing fluid in to the pump and exiting the pump squirting at least three feet minimum with out hooking up to the cars plumbing.

Semi-related, for those who haven't drained their washer tank reservoir in the past 15 years, this is the treat awatining you. Now I know why MrMerlin advocates pulling the metal sleeve out of new filler necks:
