This write-up is disjointed, but there are some illustrative pictures. Hint: don't overlook the rust sources. Must eliminate them, or it will clog again.

Okay...that fat tube....just as Mr. Merline said it goes directly to the front of the car....The tube runs right underneath the wheel well underneath through the headlight to the washer fluid reservoir on the front of the car...

I tried to blow air through that dam tube and nada...I could not get any air through. I tried to run some water but nope nothing on the other end or any back wash.

Still trying to see if I can get to the end of that dam thing so that I can clear that line. Once I get that fat tube clear of any blockage then I will turn my attention to those washer pumps.

for anyone playing along here,
the washer nozzels for the headlamps have valves in them that will only open or allow fluid past them when a certain pressure is reached,
thus simply blowing through them wont work,
compressed air is needed,

I suggest to use no more than 40 PSI,
if you blow the hose off then you may have to pull the PU cover to install it

There is a valve that sits on the aluminum bumper near the passenger side with one feed, splitting into two outlet streams. Kind of like a little pressure regulator. Can get pretty well gunked up. I thought the individual washer nozzles weren't valved, but might be wrong.

I don't think its accessible without bumper cover removal

Ok...got the pump dismantled and as expected these gears are locked up. Going to use some WD40 to loosen those gears and try to get this thing working again....

Well I cleaned those gears...but still tough to turn. I can get the top gear to turn freely with out any issues, but that bottom one is stiff. I can turn those gears by hand but it does require a bit of effort. Its the bottom that is not cooperating.

I used some WD40 to loosen things up but need some ideas on how get that bottom gear to loosen up a bit more.

Good video.

I'd clean it up with some 600 sand paper and rinse.

Earring use as tool for car disassembly = 5000 manpoints, irrevocable.
