Parting out an absolute "virgin" 1990.
One of my customers that has (had...I now own it...see "update" below) an absolute flawless 1990 S-4 (complete with 6.5liter stroker engine) got rear ended by a Jeep, while parked. Long story short: it bent the frame so badly, that the insurance company totalled it. I'm helping the customer "part" this thing out...so that he can "recover" some of his investment.
This black on black car was as nice as you would ever find. The only thing that isn't here is the rear bumper and the rear taillights. The gas tank and the rear wing are perfect! Direct, perfect hit on the frame!
If you've been lusting over a non cracked vinyl dash...or a perfect leather pod (Had an airbag malfunction and blew up the passanger airbag. Could only get a vinyl dash...several years ago), this might be your chance. (This car has the uber expensive updated air bag control unit and wiring looms...if you've got one with an airbag fault.) How about a complete black interior? Aero mirrors...already painted black. Complete late brake system with control arms? Lights? Doors, hood, fenders, front bumper. Transmisison. ABS system. PSD system, cooling fans...you name it and we've got it. Analog clock? Yes! Hell, even the front splitter and the lower oil cooler protection piece is perfect!
This is not the "usual" dismantled high mileage completely worn out stuff! This stuff is amazing!
PM me with your wants/desires. I can then take pictures and send them. Whatever doesn't go immediately, I'll post with some prices, in a few days.

Hacker contacted me and told me that I can't list pieces for sale from a car that belongs to someone else.....pretty interesting??
Anyway, I called the owner and purchased the complete car, from him....this afternoon. Personally purchased it, with my own money....nothing to do with Precision Motorwerks.
I've already listed what the engine is for sale for...I'll go through the rest of the car and get prices on individual things...as I take them off. If you have anything that you might want to "reserve"...I can't see what it would hurt to do this?
So, now everything will be coming directly from me...just like it was before. I'll personally guarantee all the pieces to be exactly what I say they are....just like it was before.
Seriously!!

I'll get to the PM's tomorrow....there's already a whole pile of them. 1st come, 1st served. Stop with the mirrors...there's a dozen guys in front of you, already...someone's bound to get them.
There's been a lot of inquiries about the engine. It is a very early version of our "stroker engine package". This was a "base" stroker engine. The heads have stock valve sizes, but the ports were worked on. It has one of the last complete sets of "GT" factory Porsche cams that was available from Porsche. Moldex crank, Carrillo rods, J&E pistons in a Nicosil bore. it has the only set of Cometic gaskets that ever got to seal...I don't trust them. The engine has about 45,000 miles on it and just got a new water pump, cam gears, belt, tensioner rebuild, etc. The "total" bill on the engine was right at 32K...many years ago.
I value the engine at about 16K...as it sits.
Here's the problem:
The rods are "A' beam Carrillos with Chevy offsets...I had one of these rods break in a race engine (which got overreved)....and I don't trust them. While they might "live" forever....I'm not willing to gamble and I'm not going to sell the engine to anyone with those rods in it....they are coming out.
Therefore, I intend to completely freshen this engine, using our "updated" rods with the correct offset for a 928 engine. I'll update the engine with windage trays and other modifications that we have developed. By the time it gets fresh, with new rods, new damper, bearings, rings, windage trays, etc., the engine will be 25K....which is about 1/2 price of a current brand new stroker....a real bargain, considering it will be a zero hour engine.
If someone wants to use this engine for track use....I'd suggest going the next step and put in the bigger valves, do the appropriate head work and have the GT cams ground into a more aggressive profile. This I will do for 5K more....a real steal...if you've seen our "price list."
There's another modification that needs to be done, for a track engine to live....but that is pretty secret right now....and I do need to test this on the dyno. This will be tested in the next week...I'm third on the list to get on the dyno, right now.
Obviously, I'm not going to "give" this engine away, but this is a fantastic price for one of my strokers, completely fresh.
Anybody still interested?
