I didn't do it today, but did it yesterday. I put about 30 miles on it after letting it sit for 2 weeks. Seemed like it loved it. I notice that the little electrical gremlins (eg AT gauge lights not illuminating) go away as each mile accrues.

I'll try and snap one tonight. Pretty simple, really. Here's Tony's. It's the black pip on the passenger side head.

Nothing today as it is raining, but yesterday i fed my shark a mustang.... yumm..
I went to lowe's home improvements for some laminate pricing for our foyer... on the way back a kid in a pre 05 mustang (rounded front end) kept staging me at the light.... well after a few stoplights, i decided let the shark run.... let's gust say the guy would not get beside me in traffic the entire rest of the way home... lol..

Oh, i also got the kk from the wife to do the sharks in the mountains trip, so i will be making reservations tonight...

I am getting ready to start a few R&R projects... one being the climate control module....
looks like that will have to wait until this coming weekend..

Wow, thats a pretty "old" pic. But yup, thats it in a nutshell. I think that was when i had it all done! I no longer have the yellow oil filler cap thingy...or the BEGI fuel regulator at the back...or that big pulley...the tensioner is different now also.

Too funny, air diverter valve is there for the air injection system. I cant find that SOB any more and need it.

I thought you were getting parts (or already received them) from one of the locals around here?

Not today. Yesterday installed these speakers in the back seat and rear hatch areas. They sound real good.

Well, today unfortunately I had to give my 928 a jump start with my portable battery booster, because last time I used it, before I close the garage I've take some pics of my new cargo net (from Roger) to put on the 928 picture thread, and I forgot to close the hatch
Of course today the battery was completely dead, it didn't have the smallest sign of live.
Anyway, with the booster it fired right up!
The good news about this episode is that instead of the 25km I had to do today, the 928 “forced me” to do about 100km, just to make sure the battery was fully recharged

Regards

Have the lower front suspension loose, working on a little bit of crabbing I experience at full lock. Put the delrin rack bushings in a few days ago and that helped a little with steering, but the crabbing persists. So lower ball joints loose for inspection (they are fine) then back on and a full alignment in the garage here. Snuck in to get the torque settings for the ball joints from the tech specs book (88 lbs/ft for those playing along at home). For alignment I'm going to go back to pre-GTS caster settings and see if that helps with the crabbing. The rest of the settings will be factory.

I added front wheel bearings and new brakes to my to-do-soon list.

More braking news when it happens!
