Not quite, but it's still pretty rich upstairs. The other thing is I have the boost-activated switch that immediately dumps fuel in so I don't get any lean tip-in. Plus it was like 39° F outside which richens the mixture up and the car wasn't fully warm. SO yeah... close to 10. Low 11's, upper 10's. It's lower on the list.

I have to say that the X pipe dose look like a bit of a bottle neck.
I don't think it would look like that if the angle of the headers were not so great or if the x was flatter and wider.

Dose the X make that big of a difference compared to duel exhaust with out the X?

Brad
I think the consensus is that the X does benefit - some more than others. We were a bit constrained due to the headers, but I'm totally happy with how it looks and breathes.

In other good news, my oil leak was not from the oil cooler. It turns out I either popped the dipstick or didn't insert it all the way. 1 can of brake clean later... all seems to be good. Took it out for a very quick romp last night to see if I popped the dipstick (afterall I have a new breather setup) and it seemed fine. Need to keep an eye on that.

Had to share.

Weather was nice out this evening (finally!) so I decided to record a run from the back bumper. Check out the 0:56 mark!

That is so cool and the exhaust looks and sounds great.
I was just wondering if anyone has ever recorded, before and after numbers comparing the X to a simple duel exhaust.

You got a smokin deal on a great system I would have to say.

Its so difficult to determine what an exhaust sounds like from video. It sounds just a BIT more muffled than mine, and its an H-pipe of unknown origin, two late-style small resonators, and nothing else. and you have three mufflers. Wierd.

Sweet Andrew! What camera and mount are you using?

Agreed. The video doesn't have very good audio... I'll work on that.

Canon PowerShot SD700 and a suction cup mount. Might have to retry with the wife's new camera that records in 1080 and stereo.

Nice thing about the ST is you can disable the fuel cut off on deceleration!
