Sounds Great, but I'll be at the Texas Mile. Hopefully see you on Sunday out there.
Happy New Year, Ed M

Ed,
That is great news and we can all be there to cheer you on.
Any higher speed goals this year?
Roger

Default Gone Fishin

Good one Laura. No need to go out that far here. Bay fishing is extremely popular here along with wade fishing. Also, gigging for flounder at night is super cool, and if your fast enough, you can also gig black drum and sheepshead-yummie. If you are serious about fishin, charter a nightime or daytime run with Dan at: www.captaindantheflounderman.com thats Dan below on the left. Check out the cool belt & T-Shirt on the old guy on the right! T

FLOUNDER GIGGING! yay!!!!

I've Always wanted to do that!

Wait a minute...is that actually wading in the water or giggin from a boat? I DO NOT wade around in that shallow bay water in the day or night! Scarey things slither around your legs in that water.

Laura, It's gigging from the boat. Dan has a custom made boat with a band of lights that drop down into the water. Also has a small fan trolling motor to go into the shallows. Check out his website above. Great fun. T

Thanks for all the suport guys. Roger, I'm trying for a land speed record in my class, the standing mile LSR record is 159 mph. I did 153 last year w/o any specific prep other than "Green tape". 77tony thanks for the invite, but we're going to have 3 other vehcles there and will be "tuning them" for the AM runs.

Tony,
Thanks again for all your efforts and we are looking forward to the GTG.

Ed M,
What can we do to help you in your quest???
Lots of help available and a land speed record is within your grasp.

As always, thanks for the support Roger. I'm sorting out the car, getting ready for March. I'll let you know if something's needed.
I'm registered for Texas, Team 928 will be there!
