That is fantastic. From your comments will it be possible to build custom offsets and widths? That would make these perfect. I am very interested in these wheels in a 9 inch front 11 inch rear configuration.

The worst day of my 928 ownership was after I installed S4 brakes and then found that my beloved phone dials wouldn't fit.

EDIT ^LOL Dan, didn't you tell me a similar story?^

Some of the innovation on the part of the forum members never ceases to amaze me... what will they do next? Start sand casting in their shops so our 928's can have cheaper engine replacements?? Jeez!

Thanks everyone for the very positive comments! Reassures we're on the right track with the design.

Dan, I understand there will be clients looking for different, larger fitment. I would like to support this the best I can. The intitial alpha-production release will be a "standard size" modern fitment which should be workable for many applications.

- One might use 8.5's front w/245-255 AND 10's rear w/ 265-285 staggered

- One might use 8.5's all around w/245s non-staggered OR w/ 245-255 staggered

- One might use 10's all around w/265s non-staggered OR w/ 265-275 staggered

For the guys like Dan who need BIG rubber for BIG power, you require something special. I'll be prepared to work with you to suite your needs, where possible.

This is a real "grass roots" project here. I'm looking forward to how it will all play out as it continues to grow.

Absolutely beautiful! I have been looking for the "right" wheel for my car for some time. This would complement my Champagne Pascha interior nicely. I'm anxious to know the price and availability. Keep up the good work!

I know this project still has a ways to go, but when you get done could you please do some 18" Cup II replicas? The same widths as above would work quite well, and the wheel just looks "right" as an 18 vs. the factory 17's.

There's demand out there, as I continue to get inquiries about my Mille Miglia replicas from time to time. I always tell people they're hard to find (been out of production since ~ 2003, company later went bankrupt) and they're not of high quality. They're typically bent and/or cracked when you find them - mine were both and required extensive repair and reconditioning. Having high quality replicas available would be awesome!
