No idea - I was curious as I noticed they were missing from both front and rear. I figured given your attention to detail it wasn't an oversight, I just haven't seen many pics of the hypercoil setup.

hey, i noticed you have "door lock delete" in the description for your car, can you explain what you are doing for this, i really realllyy want to get a faster acting door lock with keyless entry. but i would still a want the option of manually locking and unlocking it from inside and out incase there was a battery issue you know. wierd example but the jeep liberty has a simple locking system thats just like how i described.

I guess a more accurate label should be "exterior door lock delete". The ISIS electrical system has a built in security feature and door lock control through remotes. The interior door lock solenoids remain in place, and the InMotion controller controls them, either via a signal from the key FOBs or when the dash mounted lock button is pressed. Manual entry in case of a dead battery is possible by keeping the hatch lock. So this is a keyless entry with remotes, and can be controlled either via RF signal from the remotes, or via WiFI if that module is installed in the ISIS system.

Cheers!
Carl

Some minor items done since last post; got the front coil overs installed, front Powercell fully wired and CanBus wires drawn to the cabin where they connect to the Mastercell. 8 AWG power wire installed to the ABS unit, and 33 Bar proportioning valve installed. Megafuses installed for the front Powercell that are fed by one 4 AWG power cable (not pictured yet) into two 60 AMP fuses and then to the power cell via two 8 AWG power cables. Located under the jump post terminal for short power run. 4 AWG power cable shown will run from jump post to cabin for main power to interior Powercell and InMotion controller. The CanBus wires carry power to the Mastercell so need for external power for that unit.

Cheers!

Glad to admit, I do troll a few other car forums, re: www.pro-touring.com, www.benzworld.com, www.bmwfourums.com. etc, etc and this build is among the best that I have ever seen. Hats off to Carl on this amazing build and really look forward to the completion of this build. T T
