This was a running driving car I bought for parts. Scary stuff.

The scary thing is, this would pass tech at almost every DE. This car could be next to you at 150mph on a track.....

Hmm I have the start of a crack in exactly the same position on the other side rail of my car. Could this be a problem area?

The early cars were known for frame rail issues. Porsche was having them fixed for years

Me2! I was thinking of pressing the cracks together, and weld it up.

I did a quick check in the books and did not see it but I think it was 78-79 only.
