On my 'racing' chipset, I disabled the cutoff in the code. This freed up codespace, and an input, for a dual rev-limit, no-lift-shift clutch switch input.
On a 16V LHs, the LH 'octane loop' plugs (pic) are not used in the code (changes the O2 loop behaviour slightly on 32V). An easy way then to switch the fuel cutoff would be to move pin #19 to #15.
More info:
32V, 16V EZF, LH pinouts: (New EZF LH22 pinouts )
Disassembling the ECU connector, getting more power out of the EZF: (Tweaking EZF part deux)

Now that you mention it, not having seen one, I'm not sure if ROW cars have the 'octane loop' on the LH side. It may still be factory electrical taped to the harness if it is there.
If you have it, move the pin, and plug the connectors together to disable the fuel cutoff. (Don't plug the EZF green wire connectors together! That retards ignition timing.) See the link above about disassembling the connector.

Update ... Ken sent me a new set of of chips to replace the last set these have more advance .
A freebie Update, and i send back the old chips.
There is now even more power that can be felt in the seat, and the engine revs quicker and feels more powerful over 4K
thanks Ken

Ken - perhaps a silly question, but the tweaks in EZ-F part 1 and deux are already included in the 300 chip profile, yes?
Is there any further tweaking to consider with the 300 chips, other than going to the racing version?
[want to make sure I'm getting the most out of mine ]

Got a chance to drive the car again it is a rocking ride now
With the throttle pressed down at low RPMs it just keeps pulling hard all the way to redline.
Ken this is such a transformation of over the stock chips, I wish my 88 would pull like this, Thanks again, Stan

I know the difference is amazing. You should try the 'racer' chips with the non-resistor plugs. The only requirement is that you commit to using 91 octane or better but you'll feel an even bigger difference in the driving.
My car cranked 322 ft/lbs rwtq two weeks ago and that was with v1.0, now I've got v1.1 and there's a noticeable difference between even these tunes. I'll be getting back to the dyno soon.
The man is a genius.

I had been too conservative with the air temp retard (actually my own custom air temp by load) map with the 2.x chipset.
Speaking of the big gap plugs. I fixed my odometer before leaving for SF10. On the flat I5 corridor at a constant CA 70 mph, I'm getting 25.5+ (maybe 26 if you discount some canyon driving thrown in, '85 5-speed). 400 miles with 15.x gallons is just weird.

To get the chips, go directly to Ken's site
http://liftbars.com/
You will see the menu on the left hand side. Lots of useful goodies.
In my opinion, if you are going to get the chips, you may as well get the Blinkr to help set the mixture. Changing out the FPR (as required to get the benefit of these chips) may change your mixture and the Blinkr will help you get it where it should be.
Great writeups on the site to help you better understand the procedure. When I installed the chips and the associated fuel pressure regulator, it was a great time to refresh the rest of the fuel system - new dampers, new fuel lines, vacuum hose refresh (since you are back there anyways), etc.
Good luck
Glenn

Before that, best $/hp is to get a Motorsport X-pipe (from SLC Motorsport - also sold by 928srus.com).
