Default anodizing

I had the fuel rails, ITB mounting adapters, throttle mounting bits all hard black anodized. Originally on Louie's kit the mounting adapters were blue. Will add more pics as I get it mocked up and assembled.

fuel hoses will be black kevlar, and the fuel line fittings black anodized. Cam covers, crossbrace and throttle quadrant bracket will be a high gloss wet look black, air box will be flat black.

Did you polish the rails before you did the hard anodizing? Is it type 1 or type 2?

I'm getting antsy to get some progress on the airbox and fuel line mock ups. The hood is coming along nicely, and it will all be coming together in good timing.

My goal is to have it back in the car and running by thanksgiving.....

Default mocked up the itb's on the stroker

I mocked up the ITB's for the 1st time on the stroker engine. It looks good with the black. I've also done most of the water bridge mods.

Sterling: why do your wheels on the car in the picture look so large in diameter? Are they 19" or 20's or something?

Nice work ! Attention to detail on all the small bits makes all the difference.

I decided it was easier to take the TWM airbox, cut it up and make what I needed rather than start from scratch. The goal is to end up with a very functional airbox, that looks unique but not just thrown together. Some of my desing plans result is many many more hours but the end result will be a quality part.

Its going to look awesome and hopefully perform the way you want it to.
So do you think you will be driving it next year? or will it still be in the works?

The only thing I have a hard time with when it comes to the TBI is the Blower option.
I guess you can pump up the intake with a murf stage 3.

It just seems a real shame to cover all that beautiful machine work

I am sure you will surprise us all with the detail you put into your work.

Can't wait to see the finished project.

Brad, Sterling's going to be testing the limits of his gearbox with a normally aspirated ITB'ed stroker. Supercharging on top of that would just make cromoly applesauce in the transaxle......
