Pennzoil ATF Fluid Question
Hi guys,
I've just bought this bottle of Pennzoil ATF fluid, it says it is compatible with Dexron III. Before I put it in, can anyone please confirm that this fluid is indeed what I need for my '87 S4? Also, I will need 2 bottles like this one, right?
Thank You!

That will do the job just fine.
I don't have the capacities handy, but they are in the glove-box car manual.
Filter, sump gasket and drain plug seals are needed of course, plus a big wrench to rurn the motor to get the torque converter plug lined up with the access hole in the grate, and a good small torque wrench for the plugs and sump bolts. Pump to fill. Lint-free towels, gloves, catch pan. Old clothes if you are as good at this as I am...

The owner's manual states ATF Dextron, with 2.46 gallons capacity, and at oil changes, 1.93 gallons.
So, you can see there's 1/2 gallon of ATF that is trapped inside that you can't drain without a complete teardown of the transmission.
