looks like pass side 1/4 window is gone too. I'm thinking it took a bit of a hit in the right side.

Looks like the weather has been getting in for sometime now too, shame.

I think the price of 928s are holding up pretty good, take a look at what happened to the 996!

How do you not throw a tarp over a car like that when a window is out??? That reminds me... I need to look into a used 996.

Why a car in South Dakota listed in Los Angeles? Seems fishy.

Not saying its real, but where would you list such a car, if you lived in SD?

I'm in Minneapolis, not a bad drive out to go see it. Anyone email about it yet?

Got the details. Car is in South Dakota...

From the seller:
hi...
The car had some cosmetic vandelism and does have a marked title from the the insurance company.
Mechanically sound and the suspension is fine and it has 40,000 actual miles.
The 928 was located in miami, fla then transported up to south dakota where the owner lives and keeps his cars.
If your still interested please feel free to call the price is negotiable.

And it's covered here as well:
https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...e-must-be.html

Sounds like a bad story behind it...

If anyone wants the phone number, let me know.

Looks like a divorce special:

"Hey, you like your car so much, how about I do this [scratch, scratch] and this [smashing class] and this [broken door panels].

It's odd. The right side appears to have been resprayed without the mirror and side panels. The hood seems completely scratched up. Why? Why would someone do that. Pure evil.

A few notable cars have spent some time sitting in the weeds:

Driver's side has rub strip, passenger side doesn't?

HEY!!! I could buy this car and totally eclipse my current world record for being upside-down in a car!

Must walk away from the checkbook!
