I am trying to figure out what pressure sensor I can make last there with the shortest possible tube. There are diesel sensors out there, but those aren't quite up to the spec for a gasoline engine.

And that's not even all of it in terms of size problems. For the sizable gt3071r's to fit there, first JK had to order them in the smallest form factor available and then perform major surgery on the compressor housings. There is no way in hell stock gt3071r's would fit in that space without taking out the auxiliaries and/or liberally applying a sledge hammer. But somehow after all the surgery they will fit.

By the way, before someone points this out: The zip tie assembly in there is the signature technique of yours truly. It's not holding the fuel line in place, just the temporary insulation around the fuel line, don't worry! ;-) It'll be replaced when a heat shield and sleeve are installed to protect the fuel line (and the car from the fuel line, since it's ss braided stuff.)

I threw in the towel (on the road trip with the 928 not the project) when I realized the only day(s) to do the new tune was this Tuesday / Wednesday.

Both of us are in uncharted waters, no sense in pushing it and making a very expensive boo-boo.
Too bad you cannot make it otherwise, but if I understood your game plan, picking up the car then stopping at SITM on the way was the whole idea.

In the long run, the boost will go into the standard instrument cluster by replacing the tacho with 951 tacho and boost gauge combo (a la Porken). The eboost2 programs will be selected by the the gear sifter using microswitches. The turbocharger speed will only make it into the data logs. At that point, displaying the two gauges is no longer necessary, but if the look grows on me I'll leave them there anyway.
