No problem with powdercoating - once I am happy with all aspects including dyno results we will get into the variations.
Thanks for the orders.

Thanks to Jim, Jim, Mark and Mike and all others that contributed to make this happen.
928sRus is proud to offer the new EIS (Enhanced Intake System) for the 87 to 95 cars.
Price will be $399.95 and delivery will commence in a couple of weeks.
The first three units are finished, fitted and being tested now.
Hopefully Dyno results will be available early next week.
Comes complete and requires little assembly. Installation about 1 hour or less with basic tools.
Couplers will be availble in black, red and blue.
5" Cone filters with cleaning kit supplied as part of the system.
Plug and Play.

Beautiful work Roger.
Lightstriker......I don't think Roger would make a system for just the 32V guy's. There are a lot of 16V's out there so it would only make good business sense, but what do I know.
A guy can dream can't he!

That was a joke Jim I came up with something nice for that wheel before I left. It's about half way done. Paul
The cross brace was stripped of paint and polished, nothing more.
The Oil fill cap is available from Roger, I machined the one leg to accept the Porsche colored key crest.
The filter is a cone filter, 5" (Pic below). We chose the 5" over the 4" because the stock filter is often full of leaves and debris. The 5" just gives us that much more surface area. It also flows 600 CFM each, so should also work for the boosted or large displacement cars.

Nice job Roger,would of went with the canister type but with the rear lines wouldn't fit. Mark
I flipped the pass. side to center the cannister in the space. My car has the air pump deleted and the pro-vent installed so this was the best fit for my application.

Jim, that looks fantastic.
What color did you pick for mine? Blue? Can't wait to install it.

my car still has air pump,stock exhaust if I ever change that would remove them.
Everything is stock on it except of course the air system.
I talked with Roger if you guys do the pulls on the dyno would still like to see one pull without the filters just to see if any further improvements can be made.
Should have my car to the track end of the month as they aren't open yet;for some test runs weather permittting.

Roger - As there is only 25 CFM difference between the 4" and 5" filter canister design, will we be able to order the 4" canister and filter? Should not make much difference in HP production unless you have a mega engine or high boost.

The 5" canister is 600cfm per side they are a 4" inlets and outlet but the nose of the filter is alot bigger too so it only flows 25cfm more than the 4"straight pipe setup which the 5" canister is a heavier system.
The 4" canister is 450cfm per side as it is a 4" canister with only 3" inlets and outlets.
The 4" straight pipe 575cfm per side uses the internal filter the nose of the filter is alot smaller and takes up less space in the pipe which allow for its good flow.
5"canister=600cfm
4"canister=450cfm
4"tubing with smaller filters =575cfm
This is the lighter system in weight and overall with good flow.
My preference was the internal filters into the 4" pipe because of the rear lines,system far away from the valve covers as possible and more uniform symetrical look.Running the 5inch canisters way out the hood struts seemed to hit unless they are away from the outter edges and down low to the valve cover.The 4inch tubing no lines or hoses have to be moved as on the drivers side where the hoses go from the intake to the brake master cylinder area is tight.That is what I found when 1st designing the system.Either way is good just depends on what someone wants in fit and look.

Just my personal thought, I don't care if it slows me down, I love the bling factor
