Here is what I did Sunday...these are all Hemi orange pearl.

left to right.
with a ton of gold pearl.
stock
with a ton of red pearl.

I like the left one, but again, it's just my opinion. Unfortunately, the pearl dosn't pop on the computer.

Get it in the sun light. And take a pic of it. But take a pic of the side tone of it it will show the pearl better..

I would suggest to use silver pearl and, i like the one to the left, silver pearl should make it pop

You don't want to custom make the color .You want to stay with the formula.. Nason is not a very good on to color match. It is at the low end of Dupont.. Did you try the HOT Hues colors in Dupont or Chroma Luzon colors? I now they are going to be a little more money but you will use a lot less color than Nason ..

BTW any time your gonna mix the paint to something different than whats inside the can when you get it ,
the chances of a color match go right out the window

Is this a tri color in Nason ? If so you need to do a let down panel to see how many coats of pearl you need to put on.. If it is a tri color.

Well ordering paint TOMORROW!!! And Garrett has found something else he likes better. Synergy Green on the 2011 Camero only. the pics do not do this color justice. It is VERY nice on the right car. Its a metallic.

My 89 will need painting one day and its going Hemi Orange Pearl.

This green is awesome in person...doesn't photograph well.
