Maybe Lucky Eckman could put the engine back together. I find the engine to be the cars main attraction. A lot of pioneering work there. Stroker, wet liners/huge bore, electronic injection, etc.

Yea, you guys STOP IT! I wan't Sean to have it cheap too! I would at least have a shot of SEEING the car in the future if he got it to Texas!

Lucky didn't build the engines...a guy in OR or WA did the engines...name, name, name... Hart...his son is Jason and lives in the D/FW area.

Bud Hart, and yes, Jason is in the middle of his own monster motor in a 928 track car, Buds been helping him with it. Come to think of it, we have two monster 16v engines going together with his help.

Me too! Obviousley he didn't get his number for the car.That auction is very much like the way a not so favorite newbie ball of fire (now banned) vendor conducted his business! Very suspicious.

I don't see it being relisted. It appears that the auction ended and the reserve wasn't met.

If I recall correctly, it didn't have a reserve the last time it was on ebay.

It looks to me like the guy placed a max bid on his own auction ($8,000) instead having a reserve. When the other bids didn't beat his, he canceled them all. The car itself was "iffy" enough.....don't need a sketchy seller in the mix.
I'm out of it.
