Default I have seen this car for sale

http://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/ctd/1501345084.html

I saw it only on the road. It looks good. I noticed it a few weeks ago on Hwy 8, and I took some pictures - mainly because the rear bumper has somehow been molded into the rear fenders.

It seems to be sort of held captive in the hell that is the San Diego Used car dealer arena. Of course no real info at all in the add, mixed in with bogus info or mistakes. Even more so the individuals selling don't even know its custom at the rear because, trust me - they would mention it if they knew.

Looks a lot like some AIR fiberglass glued to the car..... both front and rear probably a long time ago before the "S-4" update panels were available.

Odds are they have LESS than $2,500 in that car so are quite happy to "finance" it !

I think all CA dealers are required to provide complete pricing info in any ad they run....regardless of the forum. I bet it's a $1500 auction car.....and they have a good repo man......they'll sell that thing ten times in 18 months......collecting a lotta cash in the meantime

That's the usual "buy here, pay here" scam, I'm surprised how many people go for that ****. I guess if you have crap credit... I see it all the time, the down payment covers their investment in the car, every payment after that is pure profit, repo the car and keep on cashing in. Those type of lots locally are using GPS transponders in the cars they finance and keeping a set of keys to make the Repo process a cinch, too.

Some include "free oil changes" in the deal just so they see "their" car from time to time !
