Default Water Pump - Good News for a change

Talked with Laso last week and they are in the process of the last production run of their water pumps with the metal impeller.
The next run will be with plastic (ABS) impellers and available early in the new year.
They now also offer complete kits (just like Porsche factory) water pump, gasket and bolts.

They really do listen to what we tell them !!!!

Excellent. It seems to me that a new laso with the extra bushing and a plastic impeller would be the best and safest option 928 water pump at a sane price.

Roger,

Is this news about new, rebuilt, or both pumps?

I believe Roger is talking about the new Laso pumps. I don't think Laso rebuilds pumps at all?

Dan is correct. Laso does not make rebuilt WP's.
These are the new ones.

So, are they doing to do anything special to keep the plastic impellar from coming off?
