'89 S4 Takes Home the Hardware at PCA event!
Last weekend at the Alabama PCA Region 'Car Club Fall Event', my friend Gary Edwards took home the Fan Favorite Award as well as the Best 80's Award with his immaculate 89 S4 5-Speed
For those of you that have seen the car, you're probably not surprised.
It's GREAT to see the 928 represented this way at a PCA event!!!!!
Copy write guidelines apply so I will only be posting a couple of links; If you go to the event home page, you can see all of the photos.

Hey Dan!
Gary is 'Old School' and don't use the internetz...
However he is a 20+ year PCA member and former SCCA racer. He sold his 911 that he owned for almost 30 years and came to be a 928 owner about a year and half ago. He has participated in a couple functions and mingled with some of the regulars here on Renny.

Beautiful car!
Makes you wonder how many pristine examples are out there beyond the borders of the online communities...

I, for one, believe there are a lot more out there than we realize, and that Rennlist is a microcosm of the true 928 community. Your car is a serious example also! OT; I grew up in Tulsa and went to Union High School.

Did you know Ron Bergeman? He grew up in Sault Ste. Marie. He and his wife Cheri(also from your town) know live in Lake Orion MI and my son plays football with his son.

I'm really not sure what is all out there as far as info, however I found this link on the Alabama Region Website. At exactly 48 seconds into the video, you'll notice Gary sitting to the right of the table with the awards.
