Thanks, glad you like the vid, getting it was a bit scary, but I had confidence in Tims driving ...........and physics!!! Tim and Cheryl were flying!!

And from people that know that car a 6,5 l. Stroker engine. One off the faster 928's ever build

I was a course worker at one of ORR events back in 2005 In Nevada and stationed at the Hi speed section.
So I got see all of the cars go by at pretty much WOT,
the most interesting thing was Tim and Cheryls 928,
of all the cars the 928 sound lasted the longest or in other
words you could still hear it after it was miles away.

The NASCAR racer was the loudest but only for an instant it had a hi pitched wail to it,
once past it was quickly back to the silence of the wind blowing

The 928 sounded in at a lower DB that had an ongoing rumble,
that kept on going and going and going,
kinda like a freight train you can hear for quite some time before you see it.

All in all a great way to spend the day in the Desert

Chills ran through my blood each and every time I just played that video. I can only imagine being in one of those seats.
